The SAUSD community has undergone a deep study of its system, involving 70+ stakeholders from across the district. This study has included building a collective foundation of knowledge on the research on high performing systems (HPS) of education around the world. The processes and structures designed for this work emphasized a culturally and linguistically responsive series of discussions that included scaffolding to meet stakeholders/learners where they are so that every person's voice is amplified. Given the district's fidelity to a research model, learners will come away with: access to the HPS research, overview of the processes/structures used, model to collect stakeholder voice, and a process that is replicable.
